Doesn't fit or just not happy with it? You can return most new, unused and unaltered items within 28 days of delivery of your item, and we can assist with an exchange or offer you an online store credit to get something suitable of your liking! Keep reading for more information.
Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase or the sizing/fitment is incorrect, Fraser Motorcycles will not offer a direct refund but will offer you an exchange or online store credit provided that:
You return the item within 28 days of purchase;
You produce your original Fraser Motorcycles online invoice
The item is in resalable condition including that:
- All original tags are attached and all original packaging is returned along with the item/s, in addition to all provided instruction manuals and all accessories;
- It is unworn, unopened, unused, has not been fitted and is in its original condition;
Any sew-in labels are still attached; and
- In the case of electronic equipment the original security seal or shrink wrap is intact and that:
The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).
If the above requirements are not satisfied Fraser Motorcycles reserves the right decline a change of mind return.
Goods on which a change of mind return is not available:
Fraser Motorcycles will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:
- Clearance or marked down items
These products can still be returned if they are faulty or do not match the sample or description.
Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of a shop.frasermotorcycles.com.au error. If you have changed your mind about your online purchase or need to exchange the item/s, all return and consequent shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return of items purchased during a Sale Period
Any item purchased during a Sale is non-refundable. However, an exchange or online store credit can be obtained by retaining your invoice. Please contact us with details of the item you wish to exchange or receive a credit for (Let us know!). You will not be eligible for a refund unless it meets the conditions listed further below under 'Other Returns', or on clearance/marked down items or due to change of mind incorrect fitment. Please note that any discount applied during a sale period is not applicable to exchanges.
All returns must be approved first and can not be exchanged in store. Items must be returned to our Concord Dealership but for special circumstances exchanges can be organised via email provided it is approved prior to coming into store and the item is of the same value.
Fraser Motorcycles will accept product returns and offer you an exchange or refund where:
The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
The product does not match the sample or our description; and you can present your Fraser Motorcycles online invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Please note, in the case of electrical and electronic products (see definition below) and safety products Fraser Motorcycles may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. If the product is determined to be faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample Fraser Motorcycles will offer a repair, exchange voucher or refund.
If you cannot present your Fraser Motorcycles online invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase Fraser Motorcycles reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.
Where you seek a refund for any item that was purchased as part of a ‘deal’, Fraser Motorcycles may refund the price in accordance with deal eligibility. No refund will be given on free items and any refund amount may be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met.
We understand that finding the perfect fit is not always easy so we are happy to assist you with an exchange provided a request is submitted via email first (Let us know!) and the below criteria is met.
- The item must be returned within 28 days in the condition sold to you
- Items being returned must meet the following criteria in order for a credit or exchange to be approved. It must be brand new, never-installed/used, and with full original; undamaged packaging. The original packaging must be returned along with the item/s, in addition to all provided instruction manuals and all accessories;
- The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
- All exchanges are subject to product availability and where an exchange cannot be facilitated due to insufficient stock or non-supply a store credit will be provided instead.
- Any sale or promotional discount is not applicable to exchanges of out of stock items.
- If you wish to exchange the item for a same priced item in store we may be able to organise this but please contact us first, prior to coming into store (Let us know!)
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and credit notes will not include any shipping fee applied, only the value of the item/s purchased.
- If an exchange is facilitated a shipping fee will be applied to the replacement order/item being shipped out based on its dimensions and delivery address.
Return Information and Address
- Items purchased online can not be exchanged or refunded in store under any circumstance. We can organise for your items to be accepted in store, provided you contact us first, and the dealership will pass it on to our online store for processing.
- Our dealerships will not be able to perform an exchange or refund but may advise on the suitable parts, accessories or apparel if required.
- Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted or returned if sent to us. Provided the return criteria stated in the exchange policy above is met, the item/s must be returned to the address below:
- Once return items have been posted, please email though the tracking number so we can follow up and organise for it to be transferred and processed at our online store.
