Twin cylinder engine

  • The light and narrow 471cc parallel cylinder engine offers plenty of power and torque in the midrange, striking the perfect balance of what a mid-sized motorcycle engine should be. PGM-FI continuously ensures the correct fuel mixture is delivered for the conditions, giving you crisp throttle response at all times.

Disc brakes with ABSᴰ⁹

  • Front and rear disc brakes, combined with standard Anti-lock Braking System (ABSD9) helps you make smoother, more controlled stops under less-than-ideal riding conditions.

Sports handling

  • Front suspension is made of Showa 41mm Separate Function Fork Big Piston (SFF-BP) inverted forks. At the rear you get a Pro-Link® set up with adjustable preload. This combination gives you superior reaction and ride quality

Diamond-tube frame

  • Light and strong, the 35mm diameter steel diamond-tube frame gives you plenty of feedback as road surfaces change. The shape and position of the engine mounts combined with the frame’s rigidity balance keep vibration to a minimum.
